There was a single seismic event at the exactly location, which is suggestive of a major explosion, so any speculation of the dam accidentally breaking on account of earlier war damage can be dispelled. If the Ukrainians had been at it with HIMARS rockets or cruise missiles, a whole barrage of them would've been needed. The seismic data suggests otherwise. The event screams R-U-S-S-I-A.

  4. The Kakhovka Dam is a Soviet-era construction. What evidence do you have that is was specifically build by Russians instead of Ukrainians? Ukraine's ghost army is most definitely mounting a counter-offensive. Expect a string of 'good will gestures' and 'tactical regroupings' from Russia.
