  6.  @Tititateo63  You're trying a straw man attack. Being a Euro, it would be preposterous for me to claim that Spanish is an indigenous language in the New World. Fact is, Spanish was dominant in both Texas and California before English took over. Instead of one replacing the other, maybe the two will merge to form a new language. It has happened several times to English.

FYI, I have a masters in history, from one of the oldest universities on the European continent. And as it happens, I'm a triple EU citizen.
