Sustainable forest management, does that ring a bell? I suppose not.

@dontcare7086 In fact, nearly 70% of Norway's exports are hydrocarbons. Exports means technically it's not Norway that's producing the CO2. Also, in the Norwegians' defence, their adoption of electric cars and their use of renewable energy are phenomenally high. The irony here is that the one country that needs hydrocarbons the least has plenty of them.

How about killing innocent Ukrainians, do you see anything wrong with that?

@dontcare7086 Norway producing oil doesn't preclude sustainable forest management. Scandinavia as a whole remains an important carbon sink. And nothing is changing in that respect thanks to responsible forest management.

@dontcare7086 Oh, I don't need to do any research on your account. You're lecturing to a land owner. My tracts of forest have been in the family for centuries, and they've been carefully managed ever since. If you want primary forest, go to a nature reserve. Plenty of those, too.

@igotufoinformation9636 Why, do you think the flame will scare the Finns? The Finns have never been big on gas, Russian or otherwise.
1
@igotufoinformation9636 Do your homework, buddy. The Finns don't rely on Russian gas imports. Delivery of natural gas from Russia, which was relatively little to begin with, was stopped in May this year, when Finland refused to pay Grazprom in roubles.
1
@igotufoinformation9636 Like I wrote, Russia stopped gas deliveries when Russia insisted on being paid in roubles and Finland refused to comply. I don't know if you noticed, but you're contradicting yourself. But hey, Putler trolls aren't the brightest candles in church.
1
@igotufoinformation9636 If so, Russia didn't dare say so in public. You must think very highly of yourself. It's a pity no one else does.

@igotufoinformation9636 "On 20 May 2022, Gazprom Export informed the energy company Gasum Oy that natural gas deliveries to Finland under Gasum’s supply contract will be cut on 21 May 2022 at 7.00 am. The reason for the cut is that Finland has not agreed to pay in rubles for pipeline gas supplies." You are such a (sad) clown.

@igotufoinformation9636 I read it all right, but I wonder how you think it's relevant. Obviously, when a supplier turns rogue and breaks contractual terms, there's some discomfort involved in getting rid of them and finding a more reliable one to replace them. The situation is already sorted, with LNG shipments making up the difference. You're desperately trying to derive Schadenfreude from a non-existent problem. I should pity you.
1
@igotufoinformation9636 Arbitration means Gasum is seeking damages for breach of contract. Companies do so routinely. There's no panic, if that's what you're after. I know you're trying to master a foreign language, but try to make your own points.

The relevance of your comment eludes me. But I bet it eludes you, too.
