  1. Not really. M16s are only marginally better in the hands of the Taliban than their AK47s. The same goes for Humvees and Toyotas. What might have been a game changer are the attack helicopters and the light attack aircraft of the Afghan Air Force, but I guess all the flyable ones have left Afghanistan.

  2.  @fujihita2500  It's perhaps more accurate to say Uzbekistan has Blackhawks now. I would guess your government explicitly okayed the operation, so don't be too judgemental.
