@robijorum4113 No, merely curious. You gave no grounds for anger. Go on, try to explain yourself further. I'm curious why we're supposedly *on our knees. Again, cute emoji work. I bet you're the envy of your kindergarten class.

It would be *to its knees, but please, explain further. Your emojis are cute, but not informative.

I'm more worried about Putin's fate. Russia isn't kind to failed tsars.

You always get it backwards: Putin is the clown, Zelenskyy is the comedian. People laugh at clowns, not at comedians.

It's called a defensive victory. Russia is very proud of its past defensive victories.

@univeropa3363 I already suspected that you wouldn't get it. The celebrated Russian victories I'm alluding to are Napoleon's infamous Russian Campaign and the Battle of Stalingrad. Educate yourself.

@univeropa3363 Ukraine is pulling it off. In case you haven't noticed, the war is already in its third year, while it was supposed to be a three-day affair. Have you studied the Russian Campaign? Napoleon took Moscow, but grew bored when Russia still refused to offer battle. In the end, winter, poor logistics and illness did the withdrawing Grande Armée in, but Russia considers it a great victory. That's defensive victory, in case you still don't savvy.

@univeropa3363 History doesn't repeat itself, but it does rhyme. I gave you two examples of well-known Russian defensive victories, because judging from your clueless reply, you were wholly unfamiliar with the concept. The First World War also had elements of a defensive victory in it. The Germans were still deep inside France when they sued for peace. In that respect I think the war in Ukraine will be more repeat than rhyme. Russia was defeated in WW1, by the way. It's an oft-ignored fact among you Russia fanboys.
2
@univeropa3363 Aren't you suppose to argue your case why Ukraine can't win? Did you forget or is arguing one's case an unfamiliar concept to you as well? I'm not going to compare opinions with you.

@jimmytimmy3680 For your info, Jimmy, Timmy or whichever it is, the USA and Russia have only clashed once, during the so-called North Russia Intervention of 1918-1919, which sort of fizzled out. People struggle to remember it.

@robijorum4113 Hey, I called your emojis cute! No anger, only amusement. By the way, you still haven't explained yourself. I can only assume you don't know yourself what you were on about.
2
@univeropa3363 Ukraine hasn't properly mobilised yet, and they're receiving new equipment all the while. Besides studying precedents of defensive victories, you need to study defence in depth. What's Russia's grand plan, by the way? Hire bots like yourself, as if your half-baked comments will entice Ukraine to sue for peace on Putin's terms?

I'm more worried that Russia that will plunge itself into civil war once again if it persists. Wars that don't go so well have had that effect on Russia in the past, and not once but twice.

@lindakep3968 Russia already suffered a moral defeat in February 2022, when Russia's intended Anschluss failed miserably. The follow-up is just an ad hoc face-saving measure of Putin's. Only in Russia...

Russia is actively waging a war of aggression in Europe, sport.

You like your Soviet slogans.

@hansipanzi Me, scared? Your Soviet anachronisms amuse me.
