In case the concept is foreign to you, argumentation is the action or process of reasoning systematically in support of an idea, action, or theory. I have to ask, because I can't find a trace of reasoning in your reply.

  2.  @rippspeck  Amazingly, Russia is still a member of NATO's Partnership for Peace programme. PfP has been characterised as a track to full NATO membership. That's certainly true for all former PfP members.

  3.  @ahm848  You'll find that for a long time, Finland maintained a so-called "NATO option" that it would exercise if Russia crossed the line. Russia crossed the line in Ukraine. For your information, NATO has not joined the war.

  4. It's been somewhat of a success formula, too. The EU netted a Noble Peace Prize for it. Now the prerequisite for maintaining peace is dissuading dictatorships like Russia from resorting to military aggression. All in all, it seems to be working.

  5. You can try, but I very much doubt anything will come of it. Your Global South is an unruly bunch that's just as likely to be at each other's throats than to co-operate in a meaningful manner. For your information, Cuba, Mexico and Venezuela are already considered part of the Global South.
