Chinese democracy is a contradiction in terms.

Newsflash. A coup d'etat is an illegal military intervention in the democratic process. And don't pretend to represent the "young people from Africa" unless you have democratic credentials to do so.

What's the lesson?

@techyintelo9556 Try to formulate your response better. Argumentation would be dandy.

@mrjerzheel The "Mad Dog of the Middle East" and his brutal dictatorship had come to the end of the road. The bombing prevented worse. In Africa, regime change is always problematic. There's no sure-fire recipe for success.

@awula5385 We hated him and got rid of him? We had nothing to do with any of that. I pity you for jumping to conclusions, you silly git.

@yilmeh1 There's no Western democracy. There's democracy or there isn't. If you need to put an adjective in front, it's not democracy, but an excuse to eschew democracy. China's "people's democracy" and "socialist democracy" are cases in point.

@minnigmanmad Israel not remotely democractic? Israel is considered a 'flawed democracy' by the EIU in its Democracy Index, just ahead of the USA, which has the same classification.

It won't make a difference if said UN army can only be deployed with the consensus of the UNSC. You're not addressing the underlying problem. The two autocratic permanent members of the UNSC shudder at the thought of democracy gaining ground at their expense.

Interesting viewpoint. The UN is impotent on account of Russia's veto in the Security Council. To Wagner's credit, it did try to depose the Putin regime, which effectively renders the UN impotent.
