  1.  Nehemiah Scudder  Not really. The Chinese government has lavished money on Huawei, distorting competition in the process. However, it looks like their investment isn't paying off. That being said, countries like the US can't blame their backwardness in 5G on unfair competition. US telecom infra companies lost the plot a long time ago.
