@hirdleyreid5796 That's utter nonsense. Russia engaged in backyard colonialisation to its heart's content. If the locals didn't submit to Russian rule, genocide followed. The tsars were keen to flaunt their colonial conquests to the other colonial powers, to show that Russia was their equal in conquering foreign lands. The Soviet Union kept at it, and now Russia is back at it.
