  4. Because Wagner has had a spate of trouble lately. It staged an abortive coup in Russia, had to flee to Belarus, and finally, it got decapitated, with its top leaders falling from a great height. That's why.

  6. There's a bit of an anachronism there. Perhaps you should compare apples to apples, like colonial-era genocides to colonial-era genocides. The Russia Empire more than delivered in that respect.
