  4. You must think this is a game of Risk. Germany still held huge swathes of French territory when Germany sued for peace in WW1. Likewise, Napoleon was comfortably in Moscow when he grew bored and decided to wind up his Russian campaign. Did either of the two set terms? Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
