  1. Germany's woes have everything to do with a misguided energy policy. Do I need to spell it out? Phasing out nuclear energy and an overreliance on Russian natgas.

  2.  @nvelsen1975  Since you asked, The Economist has been lauding Greece's economic performance for a couple of years straight. This year, Greece came out on top, with Germany finishing in 8th place.

  3.  @MarcinMoka1  Germany is going for renewable energy, with nuclear energy to smooth over the fluctuations in output. Germany aligning itself with Russia? You must be dreaming. But Murica pulling out of NATO has its merits. Isolationism, I presume? No more ill-considered military adventures then, I suppose.
