If China offers these groups more money than the CIA, they'll change their tune overnight and sing the praises of the CCP instead of criticizing it. After all, the protesters have no ideals apart from money. With China owning US public debt in excess of 1 trillion dollars, surely China can outspend the Yanks? Feel free to suggest this idea to your handlers in Beijing as if it were your own. Maybe they'll up your per message rate from 0.50 RMB to say, 0.75 RMB. I'll keep mum.
