  3.  @Nemrai  I keep a cottage in Lapland. At times it gets 30 C or so, but those days can be counted on the finger of one hand -- if you need any hands at all. It's a far cry from the brutal summer temperatures on the Costa del Sol, where I used to rent an apartment. I didn't understand the siesta thing at first, but I learned quickly.
