@alexlazar4738 OK, you've gotten off your lazy bum and bothered to come up with some talking points of your own. Interestingly, kleptocracy and crony capitalism are mostly associated with Russia and China. Russia has its oligarchs and rampant corruption, while China's CCP has made sure it has guaranteed access to the trough. Corruption makes for nice bonuses. But why your fixation with the US? Europe has a completely different social model, and its economic model, while not completely immune, is much less subject to corporate interests. It looks like you need to find your way to a more US-centric discussion forum.

OK, you're spouting American clichés there. For your info, the USA barely makes the top 25 of the Democracy Index. The ones higher up tend to be small welfare states that take very good care of their citizens and have no qualms about taxing the rich and giving to the poor. It's sooo tiresome to have you Putin trolls and wumaos always heap us together with the US, who're not the gold standard, not in democracy, nor in human development. Perhaps you should have a look at said indexes and see how China and Russia perform in objective comparisons. I have to warn you, the picture is not pretty, not even in comparison to the US.
