@jam6636 Guantanamo has nothing to do with NATO. Likewise, the EU has no say over its members' territorial make-up. That said, the EU has made its members grant the same citizenship rights to those in their remaining overseas territories. Since that's a costly affair, some of the countries concerned would actually like to grant them independence, but the population seems to think otherwise. So, when will China decolonize Tibet, you think?

@jam6636 You're making up stories. NATO was bitterly divided over the Iraq War. There was no NATO backing, not for the war nor for the Guantanamo detention camp. Are you too young to know this or do you have a shoddy memory? How does Europe and Germany specifically enable the Americans' unpopular wars? Give specific examples, please -- your credibility is poor as it is.
