@nenadmitrovic3469 Not true. The bidding process was no different for US mining companies. However, it's a moot point. No one, including the Chinese, managed to exploit Afghanistan's mineral riches because of the security situation. Interestingly, that's still the case with the Taliban in charge. The Afghan government is very displeased with the Chinese. Try to keep it factual. You're embarrassing yourself with your unfounded claims.

Putin is just revelling in victimhood. It always goes down well with his domestic audience, who'd rather not see Russia for what it really is: an aggressor.
