You can take the initiative, but that's no assurance of succeeding. We can safely say that applies to Russia so far. Russia is still incapable of mounting combined operations.

@evenmullah1780 There you go again, misspelling the plural form of civilian. *Civilians -- no apostrophe before the s. Otherwise it's a possessive noun. Also, the present continuous tense of 'to die' is 'dying'. 'Dieing' means cutting metal with a die. And it's "Why does Russia go against Europe and America and get thousands of sanctions?" Why indeed. Putin must have an economic death wish.
