  1.  @ldo1308  According to your logic, Russia isn't truly sovereign either. Russia was begged China, North Korea and Iran for weapons. At least Iran relented.

  2.  @marioformosa4259  The Americans were pretty generous with military kit in Afghanistan, but no M1 Abrams tanks ever made it into the hands of the Taliban. Don't make stuff up.

  3. I wouldn't call helping Ukraine stretch a 3-day 'special military operation' to a one-year slugfest a failure. For NATO, that is. For Russia, it's nothing short of a catastrophe.
