  5.  @tat3179  India is pushing for less stringent visa norms for its professionals. Visas and residence permits are still two separate issues. I wonder, have you ever worked in a foreign country, short-term or permanently? I have, in half a dozen countries in fact, China included. I'm intimate familiar with the crushing paperwork involved, both as a former non-EU national and an EU national. If you think millions of Indians are going to descend on Europe and live off welfare, you don't understand reality.

  10.  @tat3179  Even if travel is eased, acquiring a residence permit is still subject to strict requirements. For example, you're expected to pay your way if you want to bring over your family. To be brutally honest, the poor need not apply.

Nonetheless, its full transfer price is taken into account when trade volumes are calculated. While it may appear that the product contributes to a trade deficit with China, the real deficits can be with Taiwan, Korea and Japan, whose components are being used.
