  1. Huawei should press the Chinese government to relax its cybersecurity law, which forces Chinese companies to give the government access to their data. This justifiably arouses suspicion abroad. With such draconian policies, the CCP is holding back Huawei and other Chinese multinationals.

  3.  @today8100  I sense whataboutism. Besides, where it matters most, on the network infrastructure side, Huawei doesn't have serious US competitors. Its closest competitors are Ericsson from Sweden and Nokia from Finland.
