  3.  @godzillamothra5983  NATO expansion is not a matter of some secret cabal of generals gobbling up one country after another. The countries in question are actively seeking membership for the security guarantees it provides -- against Russian aggression. It's a mirror moment for the Russians.

  6.  @FirstName-bf9ds  Stop making up stories. NATO is a defensive alliance. Individual members can choose to side with the US in conflicts that don't concern NATO, but there's no binding rule to that effect. The Iraq War was a case in point.
