@trivunkonjik7413 There's no evidence whatsoever of Ukraine committing war crimes in the Donbas. Russia's OSCE monitors had to concur with the findings. Sorry, you have to turn over a new leaf, because this one is blank.

@ So, how many monitors from how many countries do you need to witness transgressions and gather evidence? The OSCE had 700 from 53 countries in place, and they found no evidence. If it puts your mind at ease, all those 53 countries are in the UN, too. Why-oh-why didn't the non-Russian OSCE monitors file reports of Ukraine targeting civilians in the Donbas? Even assuming that Russia had good reason to withhold such evidence, the others for sure hadn't. Nah, you're making it up as you go along, Mr. Ice Hockey Stick. You're a disgrace to your country.
