  1.  @stormelemental13  As bittersweet as it sounds, the war in Ukraine is speeding up the green shift. High hydrocarbon prices are an extra incentive to invest more in carbon-free energy. It's a pity it couldn't be done with ecotaxes instead, but what can you do when maniacs like Putin are running wild?
