  7.  @johnweidner1809  Me thinks the Russian Armed Forces are too far gone for a new deputy defence minister to fix things in nine months, as Mizintsev was supposed to do. It must take a decade to undo several decades of neglect and corruption. His successor is doomed as well.

Who is cynical enough to want Prigozhin, a twice-convicted felon, ruthless warlord and troll factory owner, replace Putin and gain access to the Russian nuclear briefcase? It would have to be someone with deep pockets, but no scruples whatsoever. MbS perhaps?
