@escallite If Ukraine were to blame, it would come out eventually, and have a detrimental effect on foreign aid to Ukraine. Russia, on the other hand, has nothing to lose. Its international reputation is already shot.

@sabinereynaudsf We already know that there was a massive explosion when the dam broke. There's seismic data and there are satellite images consistent with an explosion. That should dispel all speculation of the dam accidentally rupturing as a result of earlier battle damage.

@hymns4ever197 I think we already know that Russia is being unreasonable. Attacking a neighbour without provocation is rather unreasonable.
