Spain is full of churches that used to be mosques before the Reconquista. Also, it's hard to single out Islam as intolerant in the light of the Crusades. We were mucho intolerant there.

 @sumantsumant9219 Majority rule doesn't mean the majority can ride roughshod over freedom of religion. That's why we have constitutions.

For eons, mosques have been turned into churches and vice versa. You'd think the deities involved are pleased that the properties are repurposed.

@prudhvikrishna7187 I have no bone in this fight. Say, why don't you make demands on Cambodia on account of the formerly Hindu holy sites there? I understand Angkor Wat was once the largest Hindu religious site in the world. Shouldn't that make it exceptionally holy?
