@branbran9129 If the ICC is a joke, then ICC indictees Putin and Netanyahu aren't laughing. Especially the latter is seething. Would you laugh, if you were liable to arrest in 123 countries? Or let me guess, you've never applied for a passport?

@andin3720 I have a hunch that Assad may need to leave Russia for China and rather abruptedly at that, just like his pal Putin. I'm sure they'll both be safe there. Party dictatorships have more staying power.

@maxheadrom3088 Post-Putin Russia may well extradite Assad to the Netherlands to stand trial in The Hague. Heck, they may even extradite Putin himself unless he makes good his escape.

@osamaramadan9577 That's the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that tackles countries -- in this case Syria -- not individuals. It's the ICC's turn now to prosecute Assad himself. Thanks to the ICJ, they'll have plenty of evidence stacked up.
