The CDU/CSU had to bow out, while their erstwhile junior coalition partner, the SPD, continues in the current coalition government, together with the FPD and The Greens. Most leading politicians in government have been replaced, which leaves only SPD leaders as corruption suspects. That ought to narrow things down, enough for you to pinpoint the corrupt ones.
