And the Chinese have hamstrung themselves as a society with an overbearing government that has become an impediment to success rather than the catalyst for it. DeepSeek is a case in point. Its use is already being discouraged the world over because the Chinese can't be trusted with the information they gather. The CCP insists on having access to it for dubious purposes. When will the Chinese finally learn that the CCP holds them back?

@sinenomine4540 Whoosh! NVIDIA's stock nose-dived, because investors -- unlike you -- realised that its customers need less processing power now, owing to DeepSeek. NVIDIA will still sell their kit, but less of it. Investors hate it when companies miss their targets. You should invest -- and learn.
