Is this like the 2014-2022 OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in the Donbas? Not a single Russian claim of indiscriminate targeting of civilians could be corroborated. Yet your lot still goes on about Western media failing to report these fabrications.

Not really. Zelenskyy has shown that he has taken defence in depth to heart. In the mean time, the chief (or chef) of your group of ex-prisoners is screaming blue murder about his exposed flanks and lack of ammunition. Now he's even turned against grandpa Putin.

It sucks for Russia that while it has taken 99.5% of Bakhmut, that 99.5% of Bakmuth has been turned to rubble as well. Russia must've misunderstood the memo about scorched earth tactics.
