  3. NATO is defensive, Russia is aggressive. Hence, NATO is against Russia, as is any self-respecting nation that disapproves of redrawing borders with military force. In fact, the UN General Assembly was very clear on the matter.

  8. Very clearly, Russia tried to take the whole of Ukraine, but because it proved a dismal failure, they suddenly changed their tune. Moldova, because of geography alone, is an easier target.
