@skurinski Idaho would be fine with Spokane, I'm sure; however, many current residents of Spokane would pull up stakes and move to Washington, because they're woke or because they can get better benefits in Washington state.

I've felt this way about Democrat voters for a long time.

This year is pretty hard to predict. Lots of upsets, early in the season. Parity is definitely a thing, right now. I'm not sure how much was fluke and how much is just a changing of the guard.

I think it's un-American to tax the public for a sports facility for a private company.

You know it'll suck when they say "re-imagine." That's what the pronouns people like to say.

This is why there's an electoral college. The Founding Fathers knew that city people can and usually do become deluded about reality, living in their urban bubbles that couldn't exist without exploiting the countryside. City people have no connection to Nature or how things actually work, or the true cost of things, let alone the true value of things. They can implement policies that make no sense at all, and continue on for years, doing fine, themselves, for a time, but marching straight toward disaster. Farmers and ranchers really get it. Cities would outlaw their own means of sustenance, because they find it distasteful.

All the Democrats care about is power. It was inevitable that they would turn on each other, eventually.

@clydesuckfinger8068 Yes, it can.

@friedmandesigns EXACTLY. Whoever grafted big government onto "liberal" was an evil genius.

@fattone166 Inland Northwest would be great place for permaculture homesteading.

@PatrickThreewit Lewiston, Idaho is technically a port city, but for most intents and purposes it's far inland and far from any interstate highways. Lolo's just a short drive from Missoula, Montana, and I-90 goes straight through Missoula.
