PR is very much a priority. But yeah. They don't need to or want to trumpet skirmish-level victories as "game changers," the way Kiev does. That kind of PR only lasts so long. Eventually it loses its effectiveness, because it is so often out of alignment with reality.

Could be a lot of reasons for less reporting of FAB munitions. One of the misleading things about reporting on the "progress" for either side in the conflict is the war of attrition. Battle lines may remain the same for long stretches, but the cost of keeping things static, geographically, can - and usually does - come at greater cost to one side than the other. Ukraine is fighting for its national soil. Russia is fighting to destroy Ukraine's ability to wage war.
