I'm not into paying a sex worker, but I have no problem if that's what they (the sex workers) want to do, and I'm certainly not going to stop them, just as I wouldn't prevent them from smoking cigarettes if they wanted to smoke cigarettes. But peddling their wares to kids under 18 is abusive.

  7. You're not a crazy liberal. That's good. But you still think government should be the main source of charity for people who need help, and government solutions just make the problems they set out to solve bigger and bigger. The incentives are all upside-down for taxpayer, recipient, and government bureaucrat, plus any mistake made by one bureaucrat or politician has life-or-death consequences for millions of people at the same time. If you're truly liberal and want to help people, volunteer to help people. Donate to charity. Vote for smaller government. You'll be able to contribute more to charities YOU like, rather than being forced to contribute to what the politicians think is best (and get the most kickbacks for).
