Democrat-run cities are filthy and crime-ridden by comparison to Republican-run cities (unless it's a city that only recently switched to Republican because of disgust at what the Democrats have done). It's all going to come tumbling down, since we ended the federal deduction for state and local taxes. The gravy train just went off the rails, and now these over-taxed cities are going to have to pay their own way. What that means is that the rich people who have gotten a free ride for DECADES are actually going to have to pay their FAIR share or leave. No surprise, they're LEAVING, and the city governments who've been stealing from all the rest of us through the tax code... "Look how generous we are!" - city Democrat "You mean with my money?" - Working class voter from out-of-state.

They spend $14,000/yr per pupil and something like 90% of their kids aren't reading or doing math at grade level. They get a good chunk of their $$$ from federal grants, so we are also paying. Baltimore and San Francisco are smack dab in the middle of MONEY, and they're going to try to make US pay for their mismanagement.
