  1.  @mantisnomo5984  : I think the way the system is set up, just about anybody - especially somebody in a position of power - can weaponize the system against you. It's a wonder it doesn't happen more often. Mainly just malicious people do things like that. Ancient Chinese had a saying that I paraphrase: "Laws and regulations are the playthings of thieves and scoundrels." That's why our current state of bureaucratic rules governing everything under the sun are the main form of tyranny we face in this country. The more complicated the rule set, the more you can find a loophole if you're clever and dishonest and the more easily it is to be ensnared by the system if you're simple and honest.

  2. SWAT-ing somebody should definitely be a felony. But it is DEFINITELY karma when a race-baiter getting harassed at HIS place. And if he's that dishonest, intellectually, he is a prime candidate to be one of those virtue-signaling, leftist-version-of-Jimmy-Swaggart-or-Jim-Baker hypocrites. And Styx totally gets it. Progressives feed the beast, day and night, and then complain the loudest when the institutions they foster step on THEM. They just don't get that they picked out the boots, fitted them to the bureaucrat's foot, and then scream to high heaven when that boot comes down on THEM (or preferably somebody else, so they can bitch from a comfortable distance).
