  2. We need FBI and CIA, but their powers and scope need to be severely curtailed and circumscribed. NSA, DHS and other spawn of the security state should be disbanded. The overlap of responsibilities and authority means any of 'em can do anything they want. Just depends who's running the operation at any given time what you'll get, but none of it's good.
