  1. I've been tracking immigration issues for a very long time. I agree, that there are people who are assimilated and have jobs that I'm not interested in deporting, BUT history teaches that amnesty must come AFTER reforming immigration, AFTER we establish control of our Southern border. Stem the tide of illegals and THEN work on assimilating the ones who are already here. But I wouldn't even have amnesty on the table until we fix our laws and our enforcement.
