  1. Corruption is the same no matter what sphere. Federal agencies do nice things for corporations. The corporations back the government's plays. The usa gives sweetheart trade deals and gets all its allies to back its plays. The the usa will go on extra adventures on behalf of allies. We never needed to war in the Middle East for oil. We have the resources to be self-sufficient. Maybe Euros should just be fair traders and predators that keep things in Africa unstable, so they can have their way on resource extraction. Foreign aid is to bribe foreign officials into doing our bidding, instead of what's good for their people and countries. Trade should be pursued more kindly. More for everyone that way. But if a cutthroat will give us better trade concessions, we're fine with that.
