  1.  Marco Polo1  : Women work to live, mostly. Some are dumb enough to live to work, like a lot of us men. Totally explains the wage gap. They want the job to fit their life, and don't make their life fit a job with too many hours - MOSTLY. There are woman workaholics, but most women are smarter than that. Giving up extra time at the expense of real life that the job supports is something men do, more, to our disadvantage. It all depends on how you look at it. I'm a man who wants to do a good job at work, but I'd rather have the time off than extra money. I have sufficient money for my needs and that's as far as it needs to go. I still gave up too much and took too long to get where I was pretty set. Missed out on a lot, prepping myself to be ABLE to do right by a woman. But at least I didn't start any babies when I was broke!
