  2. I think it's inevitable that independents are going to form consortia and take on the legacy media, big-time. And I think that the more that is done to suppress independents, the more that the controlling platforms are going to be abandoned.

  3. And the new media DGAF about cussing and saying things that offend people. The sanitized-for-corporate-purposes media is too vapid - and frankly too fake - to maintain its stranglehold on the public square. I asked a colleague about impeachment, and she launched straight into "It's bribery," and I laughed at her for adopting the exact same language as the lock-step legacy media pivoted to, when focus groups told Dems that "quid pro quo" wasn't getting traction. Her only comeback was "You're just saying that because you watch FOX all the time," and I told her "I sample all the news, but I get my main facts from independents, and check multiple sources before assigning a truth value to reports. But I can tell by what you're saying that you're captured by legacy fake-news media."
