  1. If they had the courage of their convictions, they'd put Dominion on trial in their defense. But they're FOX, so risking anything to turn the tide is not going to happen. They've got advertisers to keep happy.

  2. But they've never wielded more power than they do, now, hand in hand with an increasingly authoritarian federal government. For all their lost viewership, most of the independent news and commentary lets the MSM decide what they're talking about on any given day, and for every independent that's critical of the establishment, there's an independent or two echoing the MSM. The money that gets moved by their messaging far outweighs their actual profits as news-for-profit companies. They'll be around as long as they can continue manufacturing the appearance of consent.
