  1. If Affirmative Action doesn't cause disproportionate advantage to POCs, then why have it at all? Of course, if it DOES disproportionately disadvantage anyone due to race, it is, by definition, a racist policy. WITH Affirmative Action, there's an asterisk next to every POC in high office. There's a belief - real or imagined - that their success is in some sense un-earned. If I were black, I'd HATE Affirmative Action as the condescending bullshit it is.
