  1. The aid to 3rd-World countries is a bribe for corrupt government officials to continue mismanaging their economies and keep their people poor and backward. This is how we keep them down. Just bribe their governments. I'd say that it was a 3rd-World problem, but bribing government officials is common practice in the West, as well. Just look at the National Institute of Health or the FDA in general.
