@Sixstringman : Yes. This is why our country's federal government was originally based on telling government all the things it can NOT do. The Founders even went to so far as to say "If we left anything out, then the answer is DEFinitely 'No.' " And then the power elites proceeded to violate every single principle of limited government, ALWAYS with the "It's a crisis! This is just temporary!" or "Yes, but this is an exception to the rule!" The sad thing is that 80% of the American public think this sprawling monstrosity is a good idea, and we just need "the right leadership" to run it, properly. Then there are people who like Styx, who are saying "The art of running a country is to not run it. LET it."
