@jamesallen5591 : I think the final nail in the coffin was limiting the state and local tax deduction to $10,000. Now rich people are fleeing the major cities. They were carrying those cities, but now they can no longer write it off their federal taxes! Poof! . Rich people gone. Tax receipts face-planting. Cats and Dogs, living together. Total chaos.
