  1. You showed your youth in one of your statements. The Republicans have ALWAYS had more small contributors, since at least as far back as Reagan. That's one of the reasons conservative PACs are so feared by Democrats, because tens of millions of small contributions pooled together is more powerful than a handful of billionaires contributing millions.
