  1. It didn't look like a smirk to me. Looked like an awkward kid in an uncomfortable situation trying to offer no harm, smiling a bit nervously and self-consciously. The left made adolescent awkwardness a crime.

  2. Disagree. The harm done to the entire town of Covington, KY is easily demonstrated. Schools shut down. People afraid to go out of their homes, due to death threats, and on and on. That's huge. Doesn't have to prove any harm in the future.
