  1. What got lost was her JUSTIFIED criticism of the Patriot Act. She said it in a fucked-up and factually incorrect way, but the Patriot Act is the source of the FISA abuses that gave us Russian Collusion for 2 1/2 years. But Trump's refutation wasn't hate speech, either. I don't agree with anybody's take on this.
